Please note that your staff team is tracking attendance, email responses, and late/on-time arrivals, etc. We will use this to inform performance decisions and who we ask to be involved in certain projects throughout the year. We are also keeping in mind how you exist on the team– are you being inclusive, kind, and open? Please make sure you are being responsive, checking emails, and participating with a positive attitude.
