General Ticket Information:
- Online ticket sales end 30 minutes before the start of each show, and tickets must be purchased at the box office.
- All credit and debit card transactions made to the City of Pleasanton will be charged a 2.5% convenience fee. Payments made by cash and checks will not be charged a convenience fee.
- To purchase tickets with cash or check, visit the Firehouse Box Office; the Box Office is open two hours before any ticketed performance. Patrons may also pay with cash or check at the Pleasanton Library Recreation Services Counter.
- All tickets include a $3 processing fee.
- Regardless of age, everyone, including children, MUST have their own ticket to enter the theater.
- All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges only if the show is canceled.
- 15% discount for purchases of 10 or more tickets for most shows. Some exclusions apply, contact the box office at 925-931-4848 for more information.
