Firehouse favorite Jeff Bordes returns for a joyful celebration of one of the most beloved and influential artists in American music: Louis Armstrong.

In honor of Armstrong’s 125th birthday year, trumpeter Jeff Bordes brings together an all-star ensemble for an evening filled with the warmth, swing, humor, and unmistakable spirit of “Satchmo.” Featuring the soulful vocals of Jackie Gage, this concert celebrates Armstrong’s timeless legacy through classic songs, New Orleans-inspired rhythms, and the infectious joy that made him a worldwide icon.

Audiences can expect a heartfelt tribute featuring favorites such as What a Wonderful World, Hello, Dolly!, St. Louis Blues, When It’s Sleepy Time Down South, and more.

A timeless evening of jazz, joy, and celebration, honoring the man who helped define jazz and changed American music forever.

General Ticket Information:

  • Online ticket sales end 30 minutes before the start of each show, and tickets must be purchased at the box office.
  • All credit and debit card transactions made to the City of Pleasanton will be charged a 2.5% convenience fee. Payments made by cash and checks will not be charged a convenience fee.
  • To purchase tickets with cash or check, visit the Firehouse Box Office; the Box Office is open two hours before any ticketed performance. Patrons may also pay with cash or check at the Pleasanton Library Recreation Services Counter and the Pleasanton Senior Center.
  • All tickets include a $3 processing fee.
  • Regardless of age, everyone, including children, MUST have their own ticket to enter the theater.
  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges only if the show is canceled.
  • 15% discount for purchases of 10 or more tickets for most shows. Some exclusions apply, contact the box office at 925-931-4848 for more information.
