For your convenience, there are a number of ways to purchase tickets. Please find information below on individual tickets or gift certificate sales, group sales, ticketing policy, and seating.

PURCHASE IN PERSON
Our box office is open Thursdays: 12pm-4pm, Fridays: 2pm-6pm, &
Saturdays: 11am-3pm, and two hours prior to each performance.
GROUP SALES
A 15% discount is available to groups of 10 or more, purchasing tickets to the same show on a single order. Group sales are available only by phone or at the box office.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available at the box office and online for any monetary value.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be made except in the case of an unexpected cancellation or rescheduled event.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available only to patrons who have purchased tickets through a subscription package and are subject to availability.
SEATING
All shows offer reserved seating unless noted. Seats are assigned as best-available unless patron has opted for “choose your own.” The Firehouse lobby opens one hour prior to each performance, and seating takes place 30 minutes prior to curtain time.
LATE SEATING
Patrons arriving after the performance has begun will be seated by ushers at an appropriate time. Because of the intimate nature of the venue, we urge all patrons to arrive on time.
TICKET POLICIES
For performances at the Firehouse Arts Center, each patron, regardless of age (child tickets, 12 and under, senior tickets, 62 and over), must have a ticket and a seat.

The license granted herein admitting you is revocable upon refunding of the purchase price of the ticket. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person who poses a danger to him/herself or others, or is disrupting the performer(s) or ability of other patrons to watch the performance. You are admitted on the conditions herein and by your use of the ticket you consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmissions or reproductions of the event to which this ticket admits you. Any violation of these conditions may subject you to ejection without refund of the ticket purchase price. We reserve the right to have additional house rules apply.
